A mystic oracle belonging to the Yakuza of New Babylon. Kamota has a fanatical cult following and is highly guarded by the underworld that surrounds her. They are brutal when it comes to protecting her and serious about her advice. Yakuza Boss Kenzo Macoto is known to make little decisions without her council. She is a Master occultist known and feared in the community. She can be found in one of Macato's steam parlors, but only those with connections or with reputation have the privilege of her readings. It is not known what exactly she is. Most suspect she is Psychic.
